“Joyful Noise” Children’s Choir provides an affordable and quality music education in a Christian context. This program is offered by St. Luke’s Church who seek to build community and share the hope we have in Christ while offering children a fun environment to make friends and learn new skills.
Through choral singing members of Joyful Noise learn to read music and sing in parts. They gain confidence and performance skills and have the opportunity to hear the Gospel message in the context of prayer and song. Families and children do not have to be Christian to be part of Joyful Noise, though. We sing both sacred and secular music, in a wide range of styles.
Joyful Noise rehearses from 4.00 – 5.30 pm on Tuesday afternoons at St Luke’s during school terms and is open to children in Year 3 and above. For further information please contact Rev. Jo directly on 0401 086 404, or come along to our information and enrolment session on Tuesday April 9th at 4.30pm.
