Words for Life with Maz and Lilli

Every night on the Takeover Maz and one of the co-hosts go through a bible verse and share their thoughts. Here Maz and Lilli talk about Colossians 4:6.

This verse talks about the importance of our speech being gracious and seasoned with salt so that we know how to answer each person. Lilli shared that she thinks this verse is really a good little hack for how we should be communicating with other people.

As Maz said, “They say that actions speak louder than words but I actually think that words speak really loudly too, and words can be so cutting.” Our words are incredibly important and we really need to be intentional with them.
